Itinerary , 5 days/4 nights
A match between the typical seaside flavours of Etruscan’s Coast and the more pungent ones of the land of Val d’Orcia, where the wind that in the morning runs towards the sea comes back, warmer, to the land in the evening.
Day 1
Arrival in Florence or Pisa and transfer to the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2
Oliveto Maggiore-Bagno Vignoni
After breakfast we will travel to The Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, an impressive Benedictine monastery nestled in a lush valley.
Our tour continues with the visit of Bagno Vignoni, famous for the Piazza delle Sorgenti, an antique basin filled with vulcanic thermal water. After a free lunch , visit of Buonconvento, a fully preserved charming hamlet from the 1300’s. To wrap up the day wine tasting aperitif, where you can enjoy local wines and produce. Return to the hotel and dinner. Overnightstay
Day 3
Populonia-Massa Marittima
Just after breakfast we will be headed towards the „Etruscan Coast“ with a guided tour of the antique and unique Etruscan Necropolis of Populonia with a breathtaking view of the shore and seaside, followed by a visit of Populonia Alta. Lunch at leisure. In the afternoon stop at Massa Marittima in the centre of the historic iron mining area of the Colline Metallifere of Grosseto.

Day 4
San Gimignano
After a healthy breakfast a special day awaits: just close to the historic S. Gimignano, visit of some biodynamic farms and taste of their produce like cheese, vegetables ,cereals , wheats , wine , oil and saffron. Lunch in a typical Farm House with a variety of local specialities.
After lunch, guided tour of San Gimignano, famous medieval hamlet, as well as Unesco World Heritage Site known for its 72 towers and Collegial Church. As a special treat a small producing class in artisanal ice cream led by one of the most famous „Gelatai“ of the place!!

Breakfast and transfer to Florence or Pisa. End of tour.
