Meeting point and departure  to an organic and biodynamic farm, where you can immerse yourself in an authentic atmosphere, with grazing cows, cultivated fields, scratching  hens and goat. We will watch the transformation of milk into a different  varieties  of cheese.

At the end of the  visit, ( also very exciting for the children!!), there will be a tasting of some of the  produces  of the farmhouse.

Afterwards we drive  to San Gimignano, one of the most immortalized Tuscan landscapes in many postcards. Called  “The City of Towers”, nowdays remains just 15 towers of the 72 constructed in the 13^th century.

It’s a must  to taste one of the many ice cream flavors of the internationally renowned master ice cream maker, which in San Gimignano has its own ice cream parlour.

Our tour continues  with the  visit of a  wine cellar  and tasting of homemade salamis matched with the best local white wine :  the Vernaccia
